Methods of payment

Please note that payment should be received one week after the deadline of the specific registration fee; otherwise, the higher registration fee will be applied.

By credit card
AMEX, VISA and Mastercard are widely accepted. Secure online payments are made through the designated online registration system.

By bank transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will need to register online first. Then make the payment through your bank and send a copy of the transfer to the EAU (by e-mail, fax or regular post). After your payment is received, the online registration will be automatically finalised. Please quote the reference number on your bank transfer to ensure payment is allocated to the correct registration.

Cancellation or changes

Any cancellation or changes in your registration must be notified in writing and will be subject to the following conditions

Cancellation of Registration

All Registered Fee, including 20% VAT
1 October 2016 – 16 January 2017 €60
17 January 2017 – 13 February 2017 50% will be refunded
After 13 February 2017 No refund

Refunds of group registrations will be handled after the congress.

Name Change

Delegates: Group Registration Fee, including 20% VAT
1 October 2016 – 16 January 2017 Free
17 January 2017 – 13 February 2017 €36
14 February 2017 – 28 March 2017 Name change no longer possible

Please note that there are special name change arrangements for Gold and Platinum Sponsors of the EAU.
